Sherri Thomas currently servers as a Senior Advisor in HR for Conoco,
Inc. Ms Thomas joined Conoco as a geologist in 1982 and worked onshore
and offshore exploration. While in that role, Thomas assisted in
the recruiting efforts of geoscientists. In 1993, she moved from
a technical role into HR where she has helped to align training and recruiting
strategies. As a Human Resources professional, she is now responsible
for college recruiting efforts in the US, Conoco's US Valuing All People
efforts, and assists with EEO issues and needs.
