1.) Fill out the congressional staff contact information -- staffer's
name and email address.
2.) Fill out your SET contact's information -- name and email address.
3.) Choose the date and time of the meeting using the drop-down menus.
Be sure to choose AM or PM too.
4.) Fill in the location of the planned Townhall Meeting. Provide the
venue, street address, city, state and zipcode Adding local contact information
in the Place, etc. box is optional and helpful. Please keep it simple,
such as a name and local phone number.
5.) Choose from the list below the correct congressional office for the
meeting.
6.) Hit Submit
