Comments: On-line data delivery should be available by the end of
1997. Most well data is from Coastal Plain water-well drilling and Piedmont/Triassic
basin mineral exploration. Cores, cuttings, logs, and other file data/information
are available for inspection. Services are very limited. Seismic reflection
data are industry-donated from the 1970s. Topographic maps and technical
reports are sold through the main North Carolina Geological Survey office
(http://www.ehnr.state.nc.us/ehnr/dlr/jeff/rock1.htm).
