Correlation to the Standards and Benchmarks |

| If you are asking yourself this question, look no farther. Project CUES consists of four units and a prologue which are all correlated to prominent National Science Education Standards (NRC, 1996) and Benchmarks for Scientific Literacy (AAAS, 1993). The correlations to the Standards and Benchmarks for the current pilot test draft of CUES are offered in three tables- one for each of the following: science content, nature of science, and scientific inquiry. The CUES curriculum developers intend to address the Standards and Benchmarks listed in the left column of each table to some degree within the units. Please note, however, the CUES curriculum is still in the development stage and the final result may/may not address each Standard or Benchmark as listed . | |||
