Exhibit Information
All participants are invited to showcase project materials. The showcase gives attendees the opportunity to review materials and exchange ideas. Project displays will occur February 2nd and 3rd. Please check the exhibit schedule below. 
  • Each exhibit will be allocated half a 4 ft x 8 ft table (4 ft x 4 ft total space). You can put up posters (4 ft x 4 ft max.) , but standard folding posters that can displayed on a table are preferred. . 
  • Internet connections will not be available. 
  • Power outlets/power strips will be available. 
  • A map of project display locations will be given out at the conference.
  • Set up of the displays will be between 7:00-9:00 am each day and take down will be at the end of the day.
  • If you must ship display materials to the conference please ship them to:

Try to arrange for your materials to arrive either January 31 or February 1.  Please keep a copy of your shipping tracking numbers. AGI, NSF and the Hilton Hotel are NOT responsible for any materials shipped to the hotel. Please contact Caitlin Callahan by email: cnc@agiweb.org or by telephone (703) 379 2480 ext. 220 no later than Friday, Jan. 26, 2001 if any of the following apply: (a) You need to tape or pin a poster to a wall, (b) You need a power outlet/strip, or (c) You are shipping materials to the hotel.
