Registration and Attendance Information
Comprehensive mathematics and science curriculum projects supported by NSF, as well as implementation sites are asked to send one to three individuals as representatives. How many people may attend depends upon the type of project and its funding status:

    1. For each Curriculum Project with active direct NSF funding (i.e., your project has an active NSF grant number and your project is currently receiving funds directly from NSF), two people may attend:
    • One project leader (director, chief editor, or principal investigator)
    • One other person (co-PI, project evaluator, or exemplary field test teacher)
    2. For each Curriculum Project without active direct NSF funding (i.e., your project does not have an active NSF grant number but you do or do not receive funds through implementation sites), one person may attend:
    • One project leader, usually the PI
    3. For each Implementation Site, three people may attend:
    • Two project leaders (director or principal investigator, co-principal investigator)
    • Project evaluator
If a member of the project team is unable to attend, another person may take his/her place but the replacement must be a member of the project staff.

We will limit the conference to 110 participants. If you wish to invite another person for your project to attend at your own expense, please provide a nomination to Mike Smith for consideration and identify the individual prior to December 15. If space is available, we will let you know before January 1. Individuals accepted as additional project representatives must pay a registration fee in advance of the conference (check or money order made payable to the American Geological Institute).
