Application Submission Form
for AGI Geoscience & Public Policy Internship

To apply for the AGI Geoscience & Public Policy Internship, please submit a single document that includes:

a) a cover letter stating your science and policy interests and what you feel you can contribute to the geopolicy program,
b) a resume, and
c) the names, and contact information for two references.

Applications for the:
Summer internship will be accepted until 11:59 PM EST on March 15, 2010.
Fall internship will be accepted until 11:59 PM EST on April 15, 2010.

Please submit these materials as one Word document (.doc) or PDF (.pdf) with appropriate headings and page breaks to distinguish the three components (cover letter, resume and references). Please prepare your document before beginning the submission process to avoid any errors in transmission.

In addition to the online application you must send official copies of your college transcripts to:

Please note your official transcripts must be postmarked by:
March 15, 2010 for your Summer internship application.
April 15, 2010 for your Fall internship application.

Please note file specifications:
This application form can only receive Microsoft Word (.doc) or PDF (.pdf) documents.
If you are submitting a Microsoft Word 2007 document, please make sure to save in compatibility mode (e.g.: "save down" to Word 2003).
Use only filenames without spaces.
Files must be smaller than 8 MB.
