Thesis & Dissertation Services

It can be extremely difficult, time-consuming, and costly to locate and obtain complete copies of Geoscience theses and dissertations. Save yourself the hassle! The GeoRef DDS provides photocopies of earth science Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral theses and dissertations, including all associated plates and color graphics, for $25.00 plus cost. Although delivery time may vary, theses orders can usually be filled within 4-8 weeks.

Electronic Delivery Services

GeoRef DDS provides an electronic delivery option for a modest $5.00 additional handling fee. Where permitted under copyright law, documents may be delivered as PDF attachments sent via email. Please be advised when requesting electronic delivery that access will not be instantaneous. In nearly all cases, the content itself is not yet available in electronic form. It must first be obtained from the U.S. Geological Survey Library, photocopied, and scanned before we can send it to you. Turn-around time for this delivery option is generally 3-5 business days.
