This file is an update for North America Global GIS volumes
released in 2002. This corrects some badly placed populated
(city) points near San Fransisco, California.

The file is still generated from the National Imagery and
Mapping Agency U.S. populated places and the global populated
places datasets. http://gnswww.nima.mil/geonames/GNS/index.jsp

Installation:

You can only update the files if the data is installed to 
your hard drive. Copy this file to the directory:
harddrive:\nameric\data\DATABASE\MAPBASE\E_SOCIAL

Using winzip or other zip software, uncompress the contents
of the zip file overwriting the existing files.
