This file is an update for North America Global GIS volumes
released in 2002. This corrects some missing or miss attributed
earthquakes. It also updates the database to contain quakes from
1973 thru March 2003.

The file is still generated from the National Earthquake
Information Center World Data Center.

Installation:
-------------
You can only update the files if the data is installed to 
your hard drive. Copy this file to the directory:
harddrive:\nameric\data\DATABASE\MAPBASE\I_LCOV

Using winzip or other zip software, uncompress the contents
of the zip file overwriting the existing files.
